Mentor Program

Our mentors help familiarize new employees with our strong corporate culture and company processes, while providing support and encouragement for a more productive work environment.

We assign mentors to all our new employees to help them transition into our unique corporate culture and approach to doing business. By providing supportive mentors, we help our new employees more quickly and easily adopt "the Suffolk way" in everything they do. This added support and encouragement from the mentors helps shorten new employee learning curves while creating a more productive, team-like work environment for everyone.
