The Red & Blue Foundation’s employee giving initiative aims to extend Suffolk’s philosophy of charitable giving to individuals in need within our communities. To support this initiative, we have established employee driven funds in each of our regional offices. Driven and managed by Suffolk employees, these grass roots fundraising efforts offer our employees the opportunity to impact giving in a personal way. We challenge and motivate each employee to adopt a sense of ownership for giving.
