Our Career Start Program rotates new employees through Suffolk's main operational areas over a two-year period so they gain a complete understanding of the daily responsibilities of each team member and department. Experiencing different areas of the industry through our multi-dimensional program offers our new employees a distinct advantage because they understand how all the pieces come together to create a successful and profitable construction project.
