The Aventura Office Building, Class "A" office building, is a 167,000 square foot structure made of cast in place concrete and pre-cast joist and beam system. The entire exterior, windows, doors, and EIFS system are designed in conformance with the "large missile impact" resistant regulations, and engineered to withstand 110 mph winds. As you approach the main entrance, you will notice the granite slab cladding on the exterior along with private balconies for the upper tenants.
